What started as a dream has grown into a mission-to do meaningful work while raising our children to value integrity, responsibility, and faith. 5P Land Management LLC was started by Matt Peters in February 2023 with a simple goal: work hard, serve others well, and build something meaningful for our family. What began with pine straw sales and installation has grown into light grading, residential and commercial lawn care, subdivision upkeep, and right-of-way mowing.

So what does “5P” stand for? It’s the heart behind everything we do:Matt, Gentry, Bristol, Brayden, and Maddie Lee- our family of five and the “why” behind our work. From land clearing and grading to lawn maintenance and beyond, we’re committed to quality work and doing it the right way. At the end of the day, we’re working to build more than a business- we’re building something that lasts for generations.
